FEBRUARY 2025
Big news for NOSOROGI came from the International Film Festival Rotterdam! Between January 31 and February 9, two among our new films, the short docu-fiction COMMON PEAR and the feature documentary FIUME O MORTE!, a co-production led by the esteemed Croatian production company Restart, will have their world premieres in the main TIGER competition programme. The two announced premieres are rounding off two very special production journeys, and we couldn't be more excited about this double bill! Both directors of the films, Gregor Božič and Igor Bezinović, as well as the producers and the coproducers of both films will attend the premieres.

JANUARY 2025
The new feature film in the making, directed by Gregor Božič and produced by NOSOROGI and BOCALUPO, will be presented at the When East Meets West central stage, the Co-Production Forum as one of the 21 carefully selected projects from all across the globe. Come and meet us at the one-to-one meeting after the pitch between January 19 and 20!

New year, new films, new look! Inspired by Avgust Černigoj, the Slovenian avant-garde painter known for his experiments in constructivism, the Slovenian graphic and 3D artist Luka Lavrenci proposed us a fresh new visual identity, and we love it! The new logo will soon find its place on the intros and outros of the new films!

Igor Bezinović's new docu-fiction Fiume o morte was one of five documentaries supported by the Board of Management of Eurimages at the final yearly meeting. The film reconstructs strange events in the autumn of 1919, when Italian poet D'Annunzio sieged the town of Rijeka - Fiume and declared it his own pocket state. During a short period that followed, Rijeka - Fiume became an unexpected centre for progressive tendencies in arts, but also a time fuse for growingly noxious nationalistic ideas.
